Filled with nail-bitting escapes and inspirational leadership, FREE chronicles the escape of two young girls, Tia and Gee, and their determination to be free. On their journey to freedom Tia and Gee cross paths with some of the most influential antislavery activist while traveling on a portion of the underground railroad as they attempt to make it to their freedom destination in Canada.
